“Plate It, Sacramento!” Very Local’s new cooking competition featured two judges from popular Sacramento spots in its latest episode.

In this week’s episode, the competitors are Greg Desmangles, the head chef for Urban Roots Smokehouse and Sara Arbabian, owner and head chef for The Rind.

"Plate it, Sacramento" features local chefs facing off to see who can make the most delicious three-course meal in just 45 minutes.
