An Instagram trader who allegedly scammed people out of nearly £4million in an elaborate online fraud is confronted while walking his dog outside his parents home in a new documentary.
Gurvin Singh Dyal, 20, a medical student from Plymouth, is believed to have convinced as many as 1,250 people to join his copy trading scheme after attracting them with social media pictures of his jet-setting lifestyle.
His Instagram feed is littered with images of flash cars, luxurious hotel stays and even a pet goat - and in autumn last year, a video of him handing out cash to members of the public on Plymouth High Street went viral and made it into the press.
