the final results are in, tunisia s presidential election is going to a runoff late next month. around 60 people were arrested in the u.s. city of ferguson in missouri on monday night as protests turned to riot. fire crews are still dealing with the remains of at least 12 buildings that were set on fire. the riots broke out after the grand jury decision not to charge a policeman who shot an unarmed teenager earlier this year. angry crowds set fire to buildings and cars. police say there is heavy automatic gunfire. officers respond by firing tear gas and smoke canisters.
