Josephine County teen crisis program receives national accreditation

GRANTS PASS, Ore. Josephine County s Turning Point youth residential program has received national accreditation after a lengthy process that was complicated by coronavirus, county officials announced on Tuesday.
Turning Point operates under the Josephine County Juvenile Justice Department, offering residential services to boys and girls ages 13-17. It is designed to offer individualized plans for youth in need of stabilization, assessment, and treatment. The program provides an environment for youth that cannot presently live safely in the community as a Behavior Rehabilitation Services treatment program aimed at developing skills in multiple areas including personal responsibility, accountability, interpersona
