And when implemented, these strategies, this guidance, will increase survivor participation because it will increase their trust. It will lead to successful prosecutions. And that will lead to increased Public Safety overall, so i want to end by applauding Law Enforcement in illinois and around the country who have truly pioneered some of these common sense strategies and they have proved how effective they are when it comes to being able to reduce crime in communities.
