About including the closing of three catholic churches in our area. And we have meisha keeping an eye on your morning trek. Good morning, great to have you with us this morning, jan. The roads are looking good. Little bit of construction, but for a monday morning, things are really rookie neat. I can echo that same sentiment when it comes to the weather. I love katies forecast. Right . My gosh, im telling you, i will take the credit for this morning. But no, all High Pressure, thats what we have to thank for the beautiful weather coming our way. How about the floods last night . Couple of storm reports to get you out to. So we start our focus, get things started couple of homes struck by lightning, two in middletown, delaware, trees came down in bell plane, new jersey, street flooding from some pretty heavy rain coming through in bear, delaware, especially across the delmarva peninsula, saw heaviest of the storms that rumble on in, right at the beginning of the loop there, see the wet
Last couple of hours, of course because whats left of hermine. Still see outer rain bands, we could see passing shower in the next couple every days, because this storm again if you miss the memo is expected to just stay stalled out essentially off shore. So, in the meantime, you know, it is pretty decent on dry land in the next couple of days, do you still have moderate tidal flooding, especially through tuesday morning, so tomorrow morning, about this same time, as the latest high tide cycles come in, thats when we will see the biggest concerns, when it comes to any kind of additional tidal flooding. Now the next rounds of high tide comes in between 10 00 and noontime. Thats really when the biggest concern will be for the next round every tides, to produce some additional flooding, but persistent on shore winds, with this system, still so close by. But not close enough to really mar our forecast all that much. Take a look, little breezy outside, but crisp, comfortable start to the da
Thats right john. Cyndi. Earlier today i spoke with a local bee keeper. Who says ten bee stings per pound is all it takes for the body to be overwhelmed. Meaning if a 180 pound man were to be stung 18 hundred to 2 thousand times the body would start to shutdown. Now that seems like a lot. But im told a couple thousnd bees is just tenpercent of an average africanized bee hive. Which is the type of bee hive pacheco was attempting to remove. Im also told close to 100 percent of bees in the valley are africanized. But only 25percent are aggressive. Las vegas fire and rescue say the amount of calls they receive have gone down more and more over the years. The bees you have to look out for are the ones coming out of walls. Sprinkler heads. And cracks in buildings. People think oh, well just let them go, well youre really wishing death on your neighborhood because as soon as they take flight, the first thing that has musk perfume or different perfumes, loud noise, bees are going to attack it.

Good to be here on a saturday news with good weather news for the weekend. Good news, Tropical Storm erika does not look like it will impact our forecast headed into next week, will stay off to the south, well continue to track it as we go through the next 15 minute or so, the latest on the track. As far as back at home, real great summer saturday, starting off right now storm scan3, looking fine, weve got High Pressure overhead, could be little patchy fog out there this morning, maybe up in the poconos specially. Do watch out for that. Otherwise system in the great lakes there is one will be lifting to the north, really, weakening, cant make it around the big area of High Pressure thats dominating our pattern for the next several days. So, temperatures right now, 49 gross in mount pocono, 54 allentown, but you can see in philadelphia, were hanging
