OMS: How Okunbo floored Ayeni

For Edo State-born politician, philanthropist and business mogul, Captain Hosa Okunbo, it was a sigh of relief when he was cleared of the alleged theft and criminal diversion of company funds levelled against him by a former Chairman of the defunct Skye Bank, Dr Tunde Ayeni.
Okunbo was Ayeni’s erstwhile business partner.
The bone of contention was whether Okunbo lawfully acquired Ayeni’s interest in Ocean Marine Solutions Limited, OMS, an issue that generated so much heat.
The Nigeria Police, however, laid the matter to rest as it exonerated the Edo-born business in the matter saying he (Okunbo) was blameless

N170 million Fraud: Police investigation indicts Zinox Computers chairman, other officials

Hearing continued on Wednesday at the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Apo, Abuja, in the N2 billion libel suit by Zinox Technologies Limited against PREMIUM TIMES.
While the suit continues, PREMIUM TIMES has exclusively obtained a police investigations report that indicted the chairman of Zinox, Leonard Ekeh, and some of the company’s other officials of involvement in a N170 million fraud that led to the ongoing libel suit.
On Tuesday, Zinox Technologies spokesperson, Gideon Ayogu, continued his testimony in the libel suit that began on October 4, 2019.
