Was left by the cooper river, according to police, on the morning of october 13th, the same morning d. J. Dialled 911 to say his son had wandered away alone. Detectives with the Camden County Prosecutors Office have been digging into the case ever since. A grand jury indicted creato this morning, the same grand jury that his sister, the little boys aunt sarah, answered to in november about a college documentary that she made featuring brendan as a little boy who disappeared and was later found dead. Clearly, we still dont know why or how little brendan was killed, after three months of this case essentially being unsolved, police processed creato in just under an hour behind these doors. Hes already left to be transported to jail. Creato will be arraigned and have his first chance to speak before the judge tomorrow afternoon at 1 30 in the Camden County justice complex. Wasnt in my apartment. I dont know if he what happened out or what happened. I dont know where he is. The door is locked. I guess he unlocked it and left. Reporter that call for help triggered a large scale and at times frantic search by residents and authorities but less than three hours into that search a sad discovery. Little brandons body was found in a wooded area in the cooper river park about a half mile from his fathers apartment. It has never been clear how the little boy died. Authorities announced the initial autopsy was inconclusive. It was later reported a drug screen slowed nothing unexpected in the childs blood. Authorities volunteered little after that except to say there was no evidence of forced entry into the fathers apartment.
