Dublin pub manager calls for beer gardens to be opened

It’s after images of overflowing bins and rubbish strewn around parks and packed beaches, did the rounds on social media.  Doug Leddin is the Porterhouse Brew Co. Marketing Manager.  He says it wouldn’t be a problem if beer gardens were open: We ve seen the scenes around the parks and canals over the weekend, he said. Portobello last night.
