And the big headline is that part of that proposal would be to cut Traffic Enforcement from the Police Department so to not have police pull people over for traffic violations, and this is believed to be that it would be the first city in the nation to make this move. Now, this is the first step in creating a City Department of transportation and that would allow for unarmed City Employees to deal with Traffic Enforcement.
