Head of Falls Village is expected to include two buildings with 18 workforce and 45 market-rate apartments on the corner of Front and Temple streets in downtown Waterville.
The Waterville Planning Board this week gave final approval for Head of Falls Village on Front, Temple and Appleton streets, as well as a housing project for 155 and 165 Main St.
Members of the tenants' association said the 63-unit housing development proposed for downtown Waterville and other projects are not going far enough to address housing insecurity and renters' concerns in the area.
