Strategy here. i think the question of testifying under oath is really a distinction without a difference. it is a felony to lie to the fbi. it doesnt matter where you do it, whether or not you are under oath or not. so if trump were to meet with robert mueller in the oval office or somewhere in the white house and lie to him, whether or not there is an oath, thats a felony. same goes for mueller associates, fbi agents, you cant do it. what i think is going on, maybe, in the reaction of trumps l...
