KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities) has rejected China Automobile Parts Holdings Ltd’s (CAP) application for an extension of time to submit its regularisation plan, leaving the latter with a possible delisting from the official list of Bursa Securities.

KUALA LUMPUR: Alam Maritim Resources Bhd and KNM Group Bhd are the latest companies to be classified as an affected listed issuers under Practice Note 17 (PN17) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

A total of 28 companies are currently under the Practice Note 17 (PN17) and Guidance Note 3 (GN3) lists, which represent 2.98% of the total number of 941 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities, as at Nov 1.
