The 2020 Grande Prairie Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign was victorious in surpassing its half-million dollar goal thanks to the community rallying support.
A total of $593,110.77 was raised thanks to the generosity of people donating at kettles, mail or online during this lead up to Christmas.

This is a record-breaking year in the history of the Salvation Army in Grande Prairie, Captain Peter Kim said.
“On behalf of all the families and individuals who help year round,” he added. “I would like to thank all of our donors for your continued support of the work of the Salvation Army in Grande Prairie and the Peace Region. Together we are Giving Hope Today.”
