Ont year we did a seminar the legacy of James Madison and this year we are doing this seminar on the reconstruction and i want to thank the ncc for their work with us. We are very grateful. We will pick up where the last panel left off and talk about the framingd after of the reconstruction amendments and take us up to the present time.
