Neil Tague The housebuilder is seeking reserved matters approval for the last residential plot at the former Prysmian Cables factory site, taking development across the scheme to 666 homes. Miller Homes is working with Sten Architecture and planner Pegasus Group on the Carr Lane proposal for Prescot Park.
