The initial reach-out was made in april. willie, on monday, joe biden said he will make it clear to putin what the redlines are and if he chooses not to cooperate, acts in a way that he has in the past relative to cyber security and some other activities then we will respond. so hes going in there hot. >> yeah. the question is what does that mean? if he crosses the redline as putin has many, many times just in the last few weeks in the cyberattacks what is the american response. if you look, par...

31,000, for 1,000 -- whats with the 10-second pause? and by the way joe biden was three hours late to that presser where he answered questions from just five preapproved reporters. we had no idea joe was three hours late, they wont give us an answer. maybe he drank his warm milk early and took a nap. i dont know, nap time. loading up on his caffeine so his brain could function at a halfway decent level? we have no idea. i think its obvious to the entire world why there is not going to be april j...

So as we cover the summit here in the united states we are keeping a close eye on how it is being covered by russian media. we have seen analysis that the u.s. delegation bringing own water bottles indicates distrust. criticism of president biden for not having more russian journalists at the presser. joining me now is moscow producer matt bodne re. tell us what youre seeing a few hours post summit. >> i have to say that they have been playing it pretty straight so far. focusing on the details o...

Steve: on tv. >> on tv. obviously this was something that the white house turned down. if president biden did this joint presser with vladimir putin. thats what that would become an open debate. as we have seen with this president recently, he did a press conference yesterday. called on five hand picked reporters and has to read from notes in order to give answers. again, the reporters have to be hand picked because he is afraid of getting a question that will be remotely challenge willing. take...
