ALPENA, Mich. — The Salvation Army in Alpena said in a press release that on Wednesday, Dec. 9 they received an anonymous donation of $2,500 in different local kettles. Major Prezza Morrison says that the anonymous donor has struck in prior years, as well. The donation came in the form of of five piles of five $100 dollar bills left in different kettles around Alpena.
