Gov. Tony Evers hosted a bill signing ceremony to sign the Prince Act, which aims to address gaps in the Wisconsin AMBER Alert System by expanding criteria for issuing alerts for missing children.

The Prince Act allows the use of a Silver Alert for missing children if the situation does not meet the criteria for an Amber Alert.
