Reporter it was sunday afternoon at around 4 30 when police say 22yearold michael ford opened fire resulting in the death of Prince Georges County police detective, jacai colson, while his brothers, malik and elijah ford looked on. The inspection is nearing completion but i would anticipate this number to grow slightly even higher. Let me just share with you what we did while the system was closed at midnight last night. We segmented the system into 22 underground inspection zones where 600 jumper cables are located. This includes all areas of all lines. Each of the 22 zones were inspected by teams that were looking for defects in jumper cables, connecting boots that were damaged or improperly positions and debris that could burn near the teams are covering approximately 100 miles of tunnels supported by 14 prime movers for supplies and materials. She was last seen with a janitor at the homeless shelter where she was living with her family. The family knew the janitor at that time. He was later found dead from a selfinflicted gunshot wound. The last search for relisha was held back in december. Pretty extensive area, so we have a combination of k9 dogs, personnel, about 60 personnel, partners from National Center for missing and exploited children, the fbi, along with mpd members that will also be doing a search with our Harbor Branch in a body of water.
