Q2 FY 2021 Consolidated Financial and Operational Highlights Revenue of $1.0 million, generated by Rafael Holdings real estate portfolio, decreased from $1.2 million in the year-ago quarter due, in part, to the sale of its building in Piscataway, NJ. Loss per share of $0.50 compared to a loss per share of $0.08 in the year ago quarter primarily due to a $7.0 million impairment of the company s interest in Altira, as described below.
