A 49-year-old Carson City woman arrested Wednesday faces misdemeanor charges of petit larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the arrest report, deputies with the Carson City Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team were conducting a business check at a casino in the 3600 block of Goni Road at around 6 p.m. Dec. 4.
