A 28-year-old Carson City woman was arrested and faces felony charges of possessing stolen property and methamphetamine after she stopped for driving in a vehicle with plates reported stolen. Charity Lynn Rasmussen was arrested Friday, April 5, in the 3200 block of Market Street.

A vehicle pursuit ended with the suspect arrested early Wednesday afternoon near the intersection of College Parkway and Retail Drive in Carson City. A sheriffs deputy ended the pursuit by purposely hitting the suspects vehicle, forcing him to crash.
