The auto manufacturer said that the Tata Tiago EV received an “electrifying response” as it surpassed the 10,000 mark for bookings since it opened at 12 noon yesterday.

The company had launched its Tiago.ev at a special introductory price, starting from Rs 8.49 lakh and going up to Rs 11.79 lakh (Ex-showroom, India). Interestingly, Tata Motors’ Tiago.ev is currently the most affordable electric car in India.

The newly-launched Tata Tiago EV can now be booked against a token amount of Rs 21,000, while the deliveries of the electric car will begin by January next year.
