Fintech firm Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services IPO opens on Thursday, with a revised fresh issue size of INR 392 crore. Know its detail here

Zaggle IPO | The initial public offering comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 392 crore by the company, and an offer-for-sale of 1,04,49,816 equity shares by eight selling shareholders including promoters Raj P Narayanam, and Avinash Ramesh Godkhindi.

Zaggle plans to raise around Rs 663 crore via initial public offering. We have taken the current issue price of Rs 164 per share as a base for calculation of total issue size.

The fundraise was conducted in two tranches, in consultation with the book running lead managers, allocating 59.75 lakh shares at a price of Rs 164 apiece

Three companies - Cyient DLM, Healthvista India and Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services - have received Sebi's go- ahead to raise funds through IPO.
