You last friday, the director and you and you announced corrective actions being taken. Are you corrective actions being taken. The review identified a fundamental flaw the agency had no written plan to ensure the safety of workers and proper handling of live biological you agents. The department of agriculture agriculturetment of the disinfectant they used was expired. This is troubling, and completely unacceptable.
