Hitachi High-Tech Corp. and Hitachi High-Tech Group, Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc., recently announced its plans to establish Hitachi’s Center of Excellence near Portland, a new centralized facility for semiconductor engineering in Hillsboro, Oregon.
