Other members of the house came to tour this facility. we did the same. i went inside and ill be frank with you. it is a de facto prison. it is a holding area. it is a pen. you have the 12-foot change linked pens holding families. if it is a father, it is a large pen. if it is a mother, they are in a different large pen. there are almost 600 unaccompanied minors held in the facility at this point. that number changes all the time. they are moving people in and out. this is a processing facility....
