Earlier this morning. The fire crews were called to the scene around 4 00 and they found the heavy smoke and flames coming from the structure. That structure was vacant at that time. The fire was so intense it spread to a nearby home there on the south side of that home, and caused firefighters to evacuate that home. Six people were nearby home. They were evacuated. They got out safely. The firefighters will be here for quite some time. Fighting the fire was a challenge this morning.
