Guernsey County commissioners meet Cambridge E&CD officials regarding new funding programs

The Daily Jeffersonian Representatives of the Guernsey County Water Department met with commissioners this week to discuss a potential change in reconnection fees for customers who voluntarily disconnect service for at least a year.
