STUDENTS at the University of Bolton are being told to attend campus only if absolutely necessary during this lockdown. The university’s president and vice chancellor, Professor George E Holmes, said that until at least mid-February students should attend for a only few reasons. This includes if a student on any course needs to use a private study space because of lack of access to online study facilities at home or in their accommodation. This means students in halls at Orlando Village can use campus facilities individually. Students can also attend campus individual study spaces for their own wellbeing and mental health if needed and students on courses in the health faculty and teacher education will continue as planned.
