Doris the lizard baffles scientists by changing sex
While lizards can change sex before hatching, the Melbourne lizard is believed to be the first adult to do so

A female lizard, formerly known as Doris, appears to have become a male, baffling scientists at an aquarium in Melbourne.
Doris, whose natural habitat is in Queensland s tropical rainforest, had lived at the aquarium for six years alongside two other Boyd Dragons - one male and the other female.
Last year the male, known as Old Mate, died and the two females were moved to a new exhibit, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
