Been in our investigative space working specifically with rotc students. One complaint in the k12 space, a young woman came with a complaint she had not been able to be promoted to commander in her army rotc. We investigated and found harrowing facts about the way she was being treated and the rotc lead talked to her in sexually discriminatory ways in that school. Her mom thanked us at the end of the resolution to let us know she was the first young one ever to be promoted on that camp. We are working in this space. We are trying to send a clear message. Specifically to your question about the ways we work with the armed force defense, we work hand in hand with them. Increasingly however weve been seeing general fund dollars be used in this respect for funding the overall transportation bill and seems to me as we used more general fund dollars, that argument is increasingly dissipated at the end of the day because general fund dollars is paid by everybody. Any perspectives on that . I dont know how you deal with it in your respective states. I have two comments. The vast majority of our riders also drive automobiles and they are paying the tax also. But the investment in transit they take the transit to go to work but then they have their car or they drive to the parking lot and then take the train coming in. But the vast majority of the people that still use it, benefit from transit from a congestion standpoint getting riders off the road. It works hand in hand. I think a lot of at ts numbers consist of upgrades, adding a fixed wireless product to a fixed wireless coverage area. That might be some amount of investment, but it is less than an initial buildout. I think its important to put it in context that way and also put it into the context of at ts existing upgrade plans. At t already has a fairly ambitious buildout plan that has something called project v. I. P. Which talks about a lot of the new buildout and coverage that at t plans to do. At t has an initiative where it wants to upgrade a number of cities to gigabit wired broadband, however, its not exactly clear the scope of at ts existing plans.
