Implementing the programs we hope to reduce the prevalence of obesity and on set of chronic diseases for these low income population. Were able to accomplish these by educating and by providing direct Nutrition Education and providing support to the participants with increased access to healthy foods, reducing the consumption of beverages that are high in sugar content, so healthier beverages and also increasing physical activity, and also improving the Food Resource management skills of these participants. So based on the states and also the countys profile for snaped participants as well as staff Needs Assessment and also the providers identifying needs and interests we were able to identify two contractors that we recommend to you to help us implement these three projects.
