I mean looking at the numbers is that the rate recovery is roughly in the order of 10 of the rates themselves, and so if you shave a little bit off of the rate recovery its 10 of a very big number so we need to have a more aggressive approach i think. Dan has instructed that we assign one inspector in full time and code enforcements cleaning up the abatement language for a while and maybe in a position to close the case.
