The key feature of this program is to have someone who has starting a serial hospitalization and the provider identifies this person and receives this person to this program. The program is voluntary. The person agrees not to refuse medication. They come in to check in with the judge on a regular basis and attorney is provided to represent this patient in all proceedings.
