San francisco. And i am really delighted and in support of supervisor breeds legislation to prevent graffiti vandalism and shift policies to penalize vandals than victims. Back in 2007 when i joined the graffiti advisory board. It was said that the city was spending over 20 million in the control of graffiti vandalism in the city. Against graffiti vandals. I hope that you support this effort to hold graffiti offenders for the damage they cause this city. Its a step in the right direction to shift the burden from the victim to the offender.
