I respect principles outstanding ethics and morals and values and most of all i respect his way of addressing a problem. When i brut a problem to his attention and thatbying i wasnt seeing much diversity in the Academy Classes and our complicated answers when asked why are there no black officers in the academy class. Tippy took the time all most a hour and a half after a Police Commission meeting to discuss at great length that problem with me. I must tell you within 3 months we had recruitment on board with the program but so did other Police Commissioners and to me that shows reform. That shows that he understand it. The side to better enable those men and women who protect us every day by working as corrections officers, to better enable them to protect themselves in the very dangerous environments in which they go to work every day.
