(CPV) - In 20 years of establishment and development, with the cooperation and participation of the whole socio-political system in social policy credit implementation, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) has promoted its role as an economic leverage tool for the Government to help the poor, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries.
