Weather together. Milwaukee police say a teen fleeing from officers caused a fatal crash , killing one and injuring 6. It started as a traffic stop near 27th and capitol when the 18yearold driver sped off. Police say they did not pursue as is policy and the driver sped into oncoming traffic, hitting another car.
