Why should these isolated incidents not have the same or at least similar reactions . I have no idea. Again, my point is there seem to be a scarcity of good statistics except we know that africanamericans are more likely to be shyot and arrested. We do not know the gross numbers on that. Have patience with this idea that we keep stringing together all these isolated incidents when you have 10 or 20 isolated incidents. It seems to be you have a pattern. That seems like logic to me. I would just add that 9 11 was not in fact an isolated incident. It was the biggest ring to hit this country. I think some measure of better security and better preposition preparation was warranted.
