That contract was signed by pg e and they made a deal with the city, that is a breach of contract. If they pulled out and did not keep up their end of the bargain, understand me. Pg e has been busted by investigator that showed that well over several years ago they were told about their defective equipment and the electrical wires, and the electrical poles could cause a fire hazard.
