So, youre going to hear Capital Needs in excess of a billion dollars. Mountain tunnel alone i mentioned earlier is one that is about 6 28 million, and this tunnel has been in operation for 80 years ~ with little maintenance at all. And its a function of how well it was built and being built through granite.
