Going upstairs to where the talks are happening. The Lieutenant Governor believes a deal can happen tonight. This make or break bargaining session called for lots of ice and water deliveries. Today there were signs from the union that once chilly negotiations were beginning to thaw. A number of the supplemental issues are getting resolved. Were having good discussions about the economics. We have not reached an agreement yet, but if the parties are open and we are creative, i think we can reach an agreement. We are ready. The unions have made significant modifications so that we can get a deal. But its still beneficial to our members, and still beneficial to the riding public.
