In 2018, he had 105 sffd transports, and in the previous 12 months, he has had 88 transports. E. M. S. 6 shepherded this person through treatment and he has not used alcohol since june of this year. And especially looking at the connection with homelessness, but if somebody is trying to get help for a Mental Health condition or for substance use, but they are not given housing, it is nearly impossible to maintain that.
