The survival rate for Breast Cancer may have increased, but on triple negatives, people are diagnosed and they die, in months. Maybe a year. Such as my constituent, yvonne, who left a husband and two children. Or maybe the young lady who stopped me when i was talking in the race for the cure and said, my mother, a hispanic woman, got triple negative Breast Cancer.
