Thanks and the architect is also here to speak. Hi. I am cass smith from cc architects. Thank you. I would like to give you a quick tour of the property project. Is this on . As you can see the addition so heres the front of the building. The additions added to the rear. This is the existing. This is the side yard and the adjacent buildings. As can you see there is quite a bit of a yard here. Can you tell when the building was built, the Solar Building i think they did it because they needed a certain amount of sun and they anticipated an expansion and if they got too close there would be more impact. Here is the addition. It doesnt change the bulk of the building as you move back. It holds the easement line and could be higher and a better house with higher ceilings but rather than go in for more than that is needed we decided through amanda to go in with what is reasonable and proceed and try to prevail that way. The floor plans are pretty self explanatory. Here is the side addition.

Windows as they come off onto the marcadaro. They supported the housing and we supported the 120 percent ami proposal. We werent given an opportunity to reviews the proposal, but you we understand that its a compromise and i think what it does reflect is the very great difficulty of building any kind of moderate Income Housing because there are no subsidies and as you move forward with your policy discussions, low income, very low income, there are places to go for money, and we know we need this moderate level of housing, but its a balance. How do we get it without the subsidies that are given to the lower income people ask thats how we get all the low Income Housing built. We clearly need to grow housing for the middle in our district. Our third goal to encourage the deployment of resources and policies to insure were meeting a baseline
