It holds the easement line and could be higher and a better house with higher ceilings but rather than go in for more than that is needed we decided through amanda to go in with what is reasonable and proceed and try to prevail that way. Of housing were producing in district 6. Only 29 percent of these Housing Units were affordable. The current sale price that were seeing is 800,000 and the medium for one bedroom is 3,000.
