I would suggest adding that. The next amendment, well call it amendment 5. Its just to make the definition lineup with how it appears in the code. This is on page eight and now were in the land use matter rule. So one of the defined terms or one of the terms that is used that is defined in the regs is discretionary review hearse because as you can see i only called it discretionary review but it should be called discretionary review hearing because its how the term is used in the code.
