Chapter 14b now helps all of our businesses in cost operating and its hoped to level the Playing Field as city and local businesses compete outdz outside of San Francisco. We know when this law has worked our citys contract practices can keep tax dollars here in the city which will do most good for our residents. We know when 14b works we know that San Francisco is doing all we can to end discrimination and to ensure that we are not contracting with businesses that discriminate. Conduct tests, modeling, simulation. I was talking to a company the other day about really large company, how long it took them to to get approval to buy some kind of Software Package to do some modeling. And this is the for one of the bands of the future, they had a lot of stake in. So, its not just the government. Its a lot of folks that are hurting for money, and resources. So, any way to kind of filter that back into r d and testing, that would be great. Anyone else . Go ahead. I just want to add, i think with regard to doing the testing and the studies, from an industry privilege, we actually embarked on a monitoring activity to assess the type of emissions that were enculpberred in specific bands and figure out what impact would those emissions have on an imculp were going to share that with the Regulatory Community and dod as a way to move things forward with regard to how can you better share between federal and nonfederal assets. Early this year, our mayor by order removed the act by rights provisions from office under the administrator. Yesterday the Contract Monitoring Division issued and annual report on the past fiscal year. This is a first report on lbes in the first year even though this has required quarterly reporting.
