It was a drawnout process as African Leaders gathered in the capitol of south sudan, juba, to witness this ceremony. We were told it would happen and it did happen that is the president signing the deal about a half hour, 40 minutes ago. Our reporter has all of the details now on the phone. Ana, tell us more. Reporter yes, as you say the president has signed this peace deal, which would seem like a major break through. But unfortunately when he was addressing the audience earlier, he said he did have major reservations about the content of it.
